1. Service Overview: Finidex LLC provides automated, impersonal financial data synthesis and research over SMS. Finidex LLC is not an investment advisor, broker, or dealer. All data is strictly for educational and informational purposes.

2. Investment Risk & No Fiduciary Duty: All information, metrics, and structural summaries are provided solely for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute individualized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Trading and investing in securities, equities, and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss of principal. Past financial performance is not an indicator of future results. Finidex LLC owes no fiduciary duty, does not execute orders, and assumes no liability for any investment decisions, portfolio losses, or damages resulting from the use of this service.

3. Data Accuracy & Latency: Financial metrics, debt structures, SEC filings, and balance sheet calculations are synthesized from public regulatory filings and third-party data feeds. Information is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Data feeds and metrics may experience delays, omissions, or estimation variances.

4. Messaging Terms, Auto-Renewal & Billing: Subscription fees recur automatically on a weekly or monthly basis depending on the chosen tier until cancelled. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable; cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing period. Texting STOP will immediately end your SMS service. To cancel your subscription billing, you must use the Stripe Customer Portal link provided here and in your welcome email/text. For help, text HELP or email support@finidex.net. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy Policy

Data Usage: We collect your mobile number solely to provision your SMS access, deliver query responses, and authenticate requests against your active Stripe subscription account.

Strict Carrier Non-Disclosure: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or sold to any third parties under any circumstances.

Data Retention & Security: Subscriber mobile numbers and query metadata are encrypted in transit and stored strictly to manage query limits and audit compliance. Mobile information is never leased, sold, or shared with third-party marketers or affiliate networks.
